Our structure consists of over 50 technicians specialized in the design, construction, testing, start-up and after-sale assistance of highly sophisticated and customized industrial automations. This is how we guarantee quality and reliability in all the production phases and ensure our customers the flexibility and the expertise which are essential to develop automations always in line with their requirements.

CONCEPT

From single machines to complete turn-key plants, we support our customers in the identification and design of the most suitable solution through the realization of surveys, feasibility studies and functional models developed with the use 3D modeling and simulation systems.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

All project are developed internally by our engineering team specialized in the design of complex automations and the use of 3D modeling and simulation tools.

Each single project document is managed and updated by means of PLM (Project lifecycle management system): this approach allows us to track changes and improvements over time and assure state-of-the-art automations and effective assistance to our customers.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN

Our team of electrical engineers is engaged in the definition of technical specification and the electrical design of our machines. Electric diagrams are developed by means of ECAD software and managed within our PLM system.

Our technicians are constantly committed in the research and testing of the most advanced technologies and applications available in the market.

SOFTWARE DESIGN

Our software department consists of skilled engineers specialized in both high and low level programming (PC, PLC, HMI interfaces,etc), as well as the programming of industrial and collaborative robots supplied by the major worldwide manufacturers.

Each single bite of our software code is designed and managed internally: this is how we guarantee rapid assistance and wide possibilities of customization throughout the automation life cycle.

CONSTRUCTION

Our production organization covers all the critical phases that lead to the construction of our machines and automations. Production departments include:

CNC machining (millings machines, parallel turning, drills and grinding units)
Mechanical carpentry with certified welding
Water based painting
Mechanical assembly
Electrical wiring of machines and electrical cabinets

Manufacturing activities are completed by strict collaborations with specialized suppliers and technological partners in order to guarantee the best possible solution in every circumstance according to customer needs.

IN-HOUSE TEST

Functional onsite testing and in presence of the customer is a MUST and is applied to all our automations.

This approach allows the customer to verify and “touch with hand” the machine before delivery which drastically reduces installation and start-up times at customers premises.

INSTALLATION AND START-UP

We carry out installation, start-up and training activities, all over the world, with highly qualified internal staff.

Training and support can be provided both at customers premises and remotely thanks to the use of online services and augmented reality devices.

SERVICE

Our service department is composed by a team of experienced engineers entirely dedicated to customer service and technical assistance, with the possibility of remote connection to machines and plants for diagnostic activities and technical support.

After sales service includes:

Stock of mechanical and electrical spare parts ready for shipment
Consulting activities about updates, changes and improvements
Electrical and mechanical technicians available for ordinary and extraordinary on-site maintenance

CONCEPT E CO-DESIGN

Assistiamo il cliente nell’ideazione della soluzione più adatta mediante sopralluoghi, studi di fattibilità, realizzazione di concept e modelli funzionali sviluppati con l’utilizzo di strumenti di simulazione e modellazione 3D.

Il valore aggiunto è dato dalla collaborazione con il cliente e dall’unione tra esperienza e competenze trasversali dei nostri dipartimenti tecnici.

PROGETTAZIONE MECCANICA

Sviluppiamo il progetto mettendo a disposizione un team di ingegneri e tecnici meccanici specializzati nella modellazione 3D di componenti e assiemi.

Dai progetti ai singoli componenti, tutti i nostri documenti sono gestiti e aggiornati all’interni del PLM (Project lifecycle management system). Questo approccio ci consente di tracciare modifiche e miglioramenti per garantire al cliente automazioni allo stato dell’arte e un’assistenza puntuale.

PROGETTAZIONE ELETTRICA

Progettazione elettrica mediante ECAD. Tutti gli schemi sono redatti e aggiornati dal ns dipartimento elettrico per garantire i più alti standard e un’assistenza completa al cliente.

I nostri tecnici sono impegnati nella ricerca continua e sperimentazione delle migliori tecnologie e componenti presenti sul mercato

PROGETTAZIONE SOFTWARE

Il nostro dipartimento software si occupa sia della programmazione di basso livello (PLC) che di alto livello, compresa la realizzazione dell’interfaccia utente.

I nostri tecnici seguono costantemente corsi di aggiornamento e sono specializzati nella programmazione di robot antropomorfi e collaborativi.

COSTRUZIONE

Dalla produzione dei componenti all’assemblaggio meccanico ed elettrico, seguiamo internamente tutte le fasi di costruzione delle nostre macchine. I nostri reparti produttivi includono: (1) reparto macchine utensili con lavorazioni cnc svolti mediante frese, torni paralleli e trapani a colonna (2) carpenteria meccanica con saldatura certificata (3) verniciatura ad acqua (4) montaggio meccanico (5) cablaggio quadri elettrici (6) cablaggio bordo macchina .

A questi processi interni si aggiunge una continua collaborazione con fornitori e partner tecnologici al fine di garantire la ricerca della migliore soluzione possibile per il cliente

COLLAUDO IN SEDE

Tutte le nostre macchine sono collaudate presso le ns sedi in presenza del cliente. Questo ci consente di consegnare macchine pronte all’uso e ridurre drasticamente i tempi di avvio e start-up presso il cliente.

INSTALLAZIONE E AVVIO PRESSO IL CLIENTE

Installazione e avvio in tutto il mondo effettuati da ns tecnici. Il training del cliente
